"Muza e zeze" (The black muse) is Elina Duni’s eighth album, however her first time as a singer-songwriter. This muse is the inspiration of the night, the moon and everything that shrouded in mystery keeps haunting us. Songs of impossibility, of irony, of childhood: These are contemporary tunes, part of nowadays spirit, which seduce by their truthfulness.
This project is a bridge between Kosovo and Albania, as the musicians that perform are from these two countries. Armend Xhaferi on guitar, Enver Muhamedi on bass and Enes Bajramliqi on the drums are music heroes from Prishtina. Gent Rushi on accordeon and Ermal Rodi on saxophone are the « jazz crème » from Tirana.
This album represents a novelty in the music scene and opens new ways and sounds for the Albanian music and art culture.
